Speaking Engagement: Maintenance Managers Toolbox

Recently I travelled to Melbourne to introduce the 5 Habits to a SIRF Roundtable meeting. The subject of the meeting was the “Maintenance Managers Toolbox”. I was asked talk about the 5 Habits in context that the maintenance managers team is responsible to deliver them.

What is the Roundtable? It’s an organisation in Australia/NZ that facilities discussion between companies that want to improve by sharing insights.

Speaking Engagement: East Maitland Rotary Club

Recently I spoke at the East Maitland Rotary Club (NSW, Australia) about writing a book and what happens after you release it, like becoming an Amazon best seller (still cannot believe it).

The ‘5 Habits’ goes to #1 on Amazon during International Literacy Day

Thank-you to all that supported us in helping with International Literacy day. Many days of maintenance on schools has been gained through your purchases.

The 5 Habits and International Literacy Day

To help with International Literacy Day on the 8th of September, and to celebrate our cover article in Uptime Magazine, the ‘5 Habits’ will be available for AUD$1.99 on the Amazon Kindle store that day.

One on One coaching sessions – now available

Having been a Reliability Engineer myself, I know that when I wanted a specific question answered finding someone that could help was a hard thing to do. When getting a consultant in for one question can be a little hard to justify. Rather than tolling through the internet for the answer and wasting a whole heap of time, now you can just ask me!

The coaching session is designed to get answers to your questions fast. They are delivered online, so no travel is required. You can share your screen and explain the question or problem. Included is a recording of the session so you can refer to it again and again.

The Coaching works in two stages. First, you ask a question or explain the problem. I will take some time and formulate an answer or solution. If I can answer it there and then, I will. I explain the answer in a second session over a maximum of 90 minutes.
